Is strongly involved in the daily bakery production. Assists the 1st Baker and the CBKR in all preparation. Responsive to all assigned duties.
Responsibilities:
1. Assists in preparing, proofing, and baking Croissants, Danish, and Muffins.
2. Assists in preparing the dough in the mixer.
3. Assists in the shaping of dough on the table.
4. Assists in the proofing and baking of most of the baked goods in the bakery.
5. Ensures that the bakery equipment is treated with care and always very well maintained.
6. Ensures that all food items are being properly handled according to USPH practices, policies, and procedures.
7. Must have written oral command of the English language as required by company policy.
8. Must have 2-years of work experience in the bakery.
9. Must be a team player.
10. Must be flexible to work day and night shifts.
