Ø All beverages should be served from the right of the guest
Ø All liquors should be served Club Service style-brought on a
silver tray and served
Ø The bottled beers, soft drinks and the required glasses
should be brought on a silver tray and poured at the guest’s table
Ø All glasses should be handled by the stern or by the base, to
avoid leaving fingerprints on them
Ø Wine by the glass should be served in the proper glasses to
the guest’s table
Ø Beers should be poured with caution to ensure it’s normal
foam
Ø For the expensive brands of cognac and liquors the bottle
should be presented to the guest before serving
