Place service tray/check ashtrays
|
·
Carry
service tray in left hand.
·
Check
clean ashtrays (free from ashes, stains and dried well)
|
|
2.
|
Proceed to the table
|
·
Carry tray
on waist level and well balanced.
·
You hand
over tray in the middle with finger spread so as to balance the tray.
|
|
3.
|
Proceed to change ashtray
|
·
Hold the
service tray on left hand behind the level of guest’s back.
·
Use right
hand pick up an ashtray inverted from the service tray.
·
Lean
towards the table with lower back bent.
|
|
4.
|
Place clean ashtray over used
ashtray
|
·
Place the
dirty ashtray over the dirty ashtray and pick them up together.
·
Place the
dirty ashtray on the tray and place the clean ashtray with right hand on the
table same place as before.
·
Ensure

Change
