- 1½ Galls Mayonnaise
- 1½ Galls Milk
- 2 Oz Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 Tsp. Garlic
- 1½ Lbs. Danish blue cheese
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Mix the mayonnaise and milk together in a bowl. Add the
lemon juice and mix, then add the salt and pepper with the
garlic oil and mix. Grate the Danish blue cheese and add it
to mayonnaise mixture. Mix well before serving.
