SERVING for 10
- 4 ea. Egg Yolks
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1tbsp. Finely Chopped Anchovies
- 1tsp. Dijon or Prepared Mustard
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
METHOD of PREPARATION
In a blender , put egg yolks , garlic , anchovies
And mustard. Blend at Med. Speed until garlic
And anchovies turn into puree , add Vegetable
oil little at a time to emulsify to desired texture.
Add vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
